[Resolved] Sun Direct — not receiving channels | |||||
I had recharged with basic monthly pack of 212 rupees, after that some channels are coming but later those are also not coming. i am getting irritating with this network. they used to call daily until i recharged, later for any complaints their costumer care number was not connecting . i want my money back or i want to extend my plan expiry period . One of the stupid fellow, .. With the number [protected] is talking very roudly when I call him to take suggestions about recharge of my Sun Direct Card(he is talking volgur in hindhi language)... His name is "Sanjay Mishra", .. Sun Direct team take him to ur custudy...
My complaint solved on 10/3/19 evening . they have taken long time to resolve
