[Resolved] Sun Direct — Only one channel Asianet has no signal | |
My name is Nixon Joy. For the last 4 days (from 29/09/2021), I am not receiving the malayalam channel Asianet. Only this channel is not working. In this channel, The video and audio is stuck and sometimes it shows No signal. I contacted the customer care and told them about it on 29/09. They told me that, if only one channel has this problem. Then it is due to the signal from the channel, and they can't do anything, and the channel will be back within hours. On the next day, I again contacted them, then they told that a technician will come and will check the problem. On Friday (01/10/21) he came and simply removed and reinserted the smart card and checked the antenna connection and the problem is not solved. He collected 180/- rupees from me. He said it's the problem of the channel, the channel is upgrading and so on, and the channel will be back by 6pm on 01/10/2021. But the problem is not solved. Yesterday (02/10/2021), I contacted him, then he said we will first replace the cable, it costs 12 rupees per metre. I asked him why would we change the cable, except the channel Asianet, all other channels are working. Then he said I don't know. Then I asked him, What if the problem is not solved after replacing the cable, then he said we have to change the set top box. Anyway he will be coming today(03/10/2021) to change the cable. I don't know what they are doing. My set top box was changed once within a year due to this same problem. I think they are doing this on purpose to earn more money from people by cheating us. Today I will check, if the problem will be solved of not. If not, Then I will change the connection... Was this information helpful? | |
