[Resolved] Sun Direct — plan has been migrated without my concern and validity has reduced | |||
Smart card no: [protected] I have recharged my dth with 6 months plan around 12th nov My 6 months plan has been migrated to some other plan (Without informing and taking my concern) and my validity has reduced because of that. I want my money back in pro database, so that i will select my required channels. Now i don't want all these channels. Or If you are going to provide the same number of channels i want my actual 6 months validity. I called up sundirect in january regarding the trai new rules but the customer care clearly mentioned that the plan is not going to change till the validity after that i have to choose my own list of channels, but now with out any information they have subscribed all the channels in the previous plan and changed the validity. I have called them today (08mar) as well, they are telling they can't change the plan now as it has already been activated. Please help..! Was this information helpful? | |||
