[Resolved] Sun Direct — plans changed without viewer's knowledge | |||
This is irsath. My connection number using personal number is [protected].. I have taken sun dth connection on aug 2018 for rs 2000 for 1 year. Today morning i got a message like 'your plan is migrated and expires on 03/june/2019 as per the trai rules. I called and asked the customer care person, he is answering me very cool and very lethargic. I asked him to retain the old pain but he said that we cannot change it as per the trai. Did trai owe all the dth companies? More over, he says that if you want to see the channels like old plan, you have to recharge again. Why the hell i have to recharge before plan expired? Don't go for any dth channels, they are simply stealing the money in the name of digitalization, better go with local cable channels at least they might develop... Go to hell sun dth...
