Dear Sir, Below is sun direct response for me after two complaints . but last recharge too i paid for unwanted channels .got call but no response stating that it is forward to concern team when will my issue will be resolved ( SEE 135 + i have to pay for only channels i need as per trai rules if not resolved to whom I have to approach to file complaint ) please say . But the are providing some packages in that package we are getting tamil channels too i need only telugu chanels only instead they are giving some package as per their choice and charging the amount. Your rule says that the facility should be provided from april1, 2019. Even i spoke sun direct customer care too they say we have to recharge packages which include tamil channels which is waste of money for us. However we fear that trai is not able to implement them and customers are put in problem which worse than the earlier situation. They are not even picking our call and also not responding to our mail. Hope that trai will do something regarding this. I have done sundirect recharge using tez(Google pay) amount got deducted but recharge was not successful later I tired to recharge using debit card again amount was deducted but there was no recharge done. Could you look into the issue.
