[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Recharge amount deducted but not recharged

I recharged my DTH 2 days ago and it still hasn't recharged. I did a recharge of 377 from the app via phonepe.
The amount is deducted from my account.
Sun direct customer care is telling me that the amount has not reached them and the phonepe customer care is telling that the amount has reached the merchant.
