[Resolved]  Sun Direct — recharge done but no pack is activated

My account [protected]. I have done recharge with rupees 235 today. By checking with sun direct app menu i have done 235 recharge which is for malayalam pack. I spoke to customer care person in the morning and based on my request she changed my pack to normal telugu dpo pack. But after 1 hr no channel is working. It seems all packs are deactivated.
I request you to please solve this matter and do one month telugu pack. I expect your earliest response and service in this regard.

No sun direct number is working . All numbers they have given are busy. I don't know whether they have enough employees or not.kindly help me in this .
