Sun Direct — Recharge Expired before the promised date | |||||
Name: Shinu Mathew Cell : [protected] ID: [protected] I have recharged my set-top box on May 8th, (friday)-2015, after visiting the Sun Direct's website and learning about the offer of 6 months + 25 Days free of Mega package (which I had subsceibed earlier) for 1500/-. Immediately I marked that in my calendar may 8 as starting date and dec 3 as my ending date. Now I am getting messages saying my validity will expire by Oct 02. This is plain cheating. I called their customer service center and the lady keep telling 'this will not happen again, but this time you let it go'. Any senior official refuses to talk. I recharged on Feb 12/2/2019 RS.11by using my sun direct app in my sun direct by choosing quick recharge option and then by amount option adding money to my smart card wallet but they activated RS 9 fta 1 package monthly renewal. I asked them y by calling within a half an hour the customer care agent told me they will resolve within 48 hrs but they didn't. After 48 hrs I called again they said they can't do anything. Actually I like to choose zee prime pack tamil at RS 10 with Gst total RS 12 but there is problem in their own app itself, they betrayed me. Worst sun direct app and customer care service. Unfortunately I deleted my proofs like images, sms, emails.
