[Resolved]  Sun Direct — recharge not updating my account balance

Address:Thathanayakkanoor, 624703

I recharged my sun direct account (Smartcard / cdsn no: [protected]) and (Cr-id: cr[protected] for rs. 199 via paytm. Then noticed my balance not updated. So i recharged again for the same amount. While checking my transaction history it shows both recharge. But my account balance remains rs. 1.04. On tv it comes as service not available
