[Resolved] Sun Direct — recharged channels not broadcast even after complaint | |||
I have recharged sundirect tamil dpopack3 on 15th march 19 but still the channels are to be activated despite complaining many times to the customer care, most of the times the customer care number is on hold for hours together, even after getting the complaint registered, it is not yet to resolved, sun direct customer care is the worst one i have had come across, you can check by calling their customer care number for verification also. Unless the channels that has been subscribed, the recharge date should also be extended accordingly, else this will be brought day light loot by the sun direct, no one is ready to listen and solve Was this information helpful? | |||
