[Resolved] Sun Direct — recharged my sun direct, account yesterday money is deducted but channels are not activated. | |||
Hi, i loaded my sun direct account with 500 rupees and subscribed for few channels. I see money is deducted but channels are not yet activated. Its been a day. We tried contacting sun direct customer executive but no luck. Customer care number is not getting connected and the chat bot responses are too slow. We need to wait for 30min to get a word answer from executives and when i explain the problem they just close the chat without answering anything. Every time sundirect has this problem, i don't understand why they aren't fixing it. Please look into this problem.
