[Resolved] Sun Direct — refund issue | |
Hi I'm pabbith my registered Mobile number is [protected] my sundirect card number is [protected]R. My little brother done two recharges mistakenly on 24/03/2019 and 27/03/2019 of amount 1059 and 1059 respectively I filled a complaint for refund amount of 1059 done on 24/03/2019 . sundirect officials deactivated my pack but my money was not refunded .And I'm filling another complaint on recharge that done on 27/03/2019, for refund.my transaction ID is[protected] This recharge is done in sun Direct official app please refund my two transaction money

To whomsoever is concerned,
I spoke to a Ms. Shimna on the number [protected], who spoke very rudely. As it is not at all convenient to choose channels on sun direct site, I asked her to add by phone. She expressed her frustration and said im wasting her time. Expected better behaviour from a sun direct employee.
