[Resolved]  Sun Direct — refund issue

Hi I'm pabbith my registered Mobile number is [protected] my sundirect card number is [protected]R. My little brother done two recharges mistakenly on 24/03/2019 and 27/03/2019 of amount 1059 and 1059 respectively I filled a complaint for refund amount of 1059 done on 24/03/2019 . sundirect officials deactivated my pack but my money was not refunded .And I'm filling another complaint on recharge that done on 27/03/2019, for refund.my transaction ID is[protected] This recharge is done in sun Direct official app please refund my two transaction money

My Smart Card/CDSN No. is [protected]. I got new connection before 20 days (approx.). Installation guy mistakenly entered my name as KADALA MANI. But my name is SUDALAI MANI.
So, please change the name as said above.

To whomsoever is concerned,
I spoke to a Ms. Shimna on the number [protected], who spoke very rudely. As it is not at all convenient to choose channels on sun direct site, I asked her to add by phone. She expressed her frustration and said im wasting her time. Expected better behaviour from a sun direct employee.
