Sun Direct — regarding hd plans | |||
Hi, Iam existed sundirect hd plan customer (My smart card no: [protected]). I recently shifted my home. Now hd channels are coming as blank, i called to customer care, they are saying that there is a upgradation in hd and asking us to change the existed hd box by paying 849 rupees (699box cost + 150 service cahrge). As this a problem in their service why we need to pay money for upgrading the existed hd box. This is a problem in their network, so they should replace the existed hd boxes with free of cost. Hi my name Pradeep Kumar, last one week i am not getting channels, when i am call the customer care no one not giving proper response, why they behave like this i don't no, i think this is not good service

I tried online recharging for new basic pack on 14.12.2017 of rupees 1554/-. The amount was deducted from the bank bt the recharge is not reflecting on the site.
