[Resolved] Sun Direct — regarding refusing to change my base plan | |||||
My subscription id is [protected] and my mobile number is [protected]. They are changing my base plan abruptly for whatever low base pack i ask they are not allotting me. I want 180 base pack but they are telling i can't change my base pack since i recharged for 250. Then they told to recharge 180 to make that base pack. But it again went to 250 pack. They are telling to take 250rs pack like that. I want them to change my base pack or need my money refunded 250+180=430. I will change the subscriber and get the new connection since they are always cheating like this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Not even 1 yr completed, I have raised more than 3 complaints, none was done properly. Concern, technicican call and ask first whether you will give service charger. I really got irritated of thier service. Don't anyone there to dare to against them?
