[Resolved] Sun Direct — Replacement of SET TOP BOX(Smart Card No. [protected]) | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I am residing in Hyderabad(ANDHRA PRADESH) and we are using your SUN DTH network for the past 6 years. Again I am facing problem with set top box which changed by giving complaint to H.O. The problem is while we watching TV suddenly the picture is going off and again it starts automatically from the info channel. I booked a complaint on 8th of this month and they have given me complaint no 1-[protected] they said that it would be cleared within 48 hrs, but till today they didn’t do anything and again I called and asked they said the complaint is kept open today they will clear it but nobody has come. Previously one who installed I called them and there that lady said today I will send by evening (on that day) but no response at all. Can you tell me the warranty period for the replacement the person who installed they said I month only and in call center they said 4 months so need have to pay for the replacement if it is under warranty. I told them just 2 months passed according to on that day. Which is truth I month or 4 months. Any how the service is very worst and this is the second time I am mailing you. Take action .
