[Resolved]  Sun Direct — rude behaviour with sun direct customer care

Address:Hyderabad, Telangana, 500035

I have recharged for 2 months but pack is activated for 1 month. I called to customer care for asking this they are saying packed is activated for 1 month so i asked i have done payment for 2 months but it is activated for 1 month so he saying that y u have done for 2 months.
Its my wish weather i need to recharge for 1 r 2 r 3 months. The way is talking is very rude. I am fedup with sundirect behaviour.
