[Resolved] Sun Direct — service not providing from sun direct | |||
I have recharged yesterday (04/03/2019) for tamil dpo1 pack on sun direct app @200rs and my sun direct card number is [protected]. It reflected on app also. But no any channels running. I have tried to reach them but theirs customer care numbers are not working properly. I have tried to reach them by call for 170 times. But 3 times connected they told like it will come before two hrs. But now i waited up to 28 hrs but no any action taken and no channels are displaying. Validity for dpo1 is 28 days only. Already one day completed without using that pack. Pls take necessary action on them. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
