[Resolved] Sun Direct — service terminated before the prescribed date | |||||
On december 23rd of 2017 i had recharged my sun direct with an annual pack of 2600/- which they said it will last one whole year And now from october 12th the service has stopped, and when i contacted the customer care they were arrogant and had skill in talking to a customer They said because of the price hike in the middle they cut the subscription to short This is just plain cheating, the service is terminated 2 and a half months before the said/given date That is totally unfair, please take some action against such fraudity There are many complaints on the same issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
