Dear sir My customer id is [protected]. My subscription package is telugu dpo 2.in my package star sports telugu channel is not displayed. I have booked many complaints from four months. Service engineer came and changed setup hd box. But till now it is not resolved. I have to change my dth sundirect to another network. I recharged Telugu DPO3, and immediately I capl customer vare to change the plan to Telugu DPO SD A2, but customer care answer saying according to TRAI rule u can onlu upgrade the packages cannot downgrade.
