[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct amount debited but not recharged

I have done payment of rs. 554 (Tamil dpo1 package basic subscription 3 months package) from my sundirect app via their upi mode through my bhim app
Amount is credited to upi id [protected]@axisbank.
Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done... I contacted bhim they said recharge is sucessful from their end.
My sundirect id number is [protected]
Kindly pls look in to this.
