[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct amount debited but not recharged

I have done payment of rs. 554 (Tamil dpo1 package basic subscription 3 months package) from my sundirect app via their upi mode through my bhim app
Amount is credited to upi id [protected]@axisbank.

Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done... I contacted bhim they said recharge is sucessful from their end.
My sundirect id number is [protected]
Kindly pls look in to this.

Set top box is not working since last two days. There is no electric connection available in the set off box. Only red line showing and thereafter immediately dis-appearing. If HD set off boxes are available for change of existing set top box kindly inform the cost for the same. Please provide nearest consumer cadre number.
