[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct amount is deducted from account, but dish is not recharged and no activation message sent to registered number | |||
I recharged sundirect dish yesterday through my sun direct app. I subscribed tamil dpo1 which is rs 199 And paid it through upi and transaction details showed that i subscribed the tamil dpo 1 plan and my money is also deducted from my account When i switch on the tv, it showed to recharge and my recharge is not done and. There is no activation message to registered number since yesterday. I called customer care number several times no response and i mailed them and sent several chat messages still there is no reply Please do resolve the problem and activate our dish as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
