Dear sir /madam My tv shows ^ no signal ^ information since 4 days, latter stage i got to understand from my account my subscription not available and need to select new packages, accordingly i made new top-up from net banking, now balance showing more then 800rs. But signals are not resumed, i am trying to contact over ur tool free no and also customer care but i did not get connected from any one., I need to reactivate my account intimidatingly Please do something right now L. Feb 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Company did not respond to this quire, today morning i tryed again to costomer care toll free no, luckly i got connection .and after waiting about 20 minits continusly some of there person spoken to me and booked a complaint, and also they told me to re instal the settings and just now i tryed to reinstal as they discrbed now tv is working ...really sincecer thx to consumer foram all team members ... Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
