[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct dth - worst support team | |||
Worst support team!! I tried to recharge an addon to my account via sundirect.in web portal and it requested for password, since its my first time login to portal i don't know the password so i contacted customer care to know the password or reset it. They suggested to try "password'/"password"but neither of them worked. When i said its not working, just showing"password is invalid" then they said it should work try again and ended the call. I even tried contacting nodal officer but they don't even pick the phone to receive customer queries. Was this information helpful? | |||
