[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct not telecasting channels

I have sun direct connection till 17 oct 2019. But today 07/03/19 they stopped telecasting. Complained about it to the local sun direct store. No proper response. Say they do not know. When logged to the website and tried to select channels it is not working!!!?.
Hopefully they would call us at the complaint lodged today.
