[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun dth can't access customer care for channels | |||
Hi there, I have been a customer of sun dth for past 5 years. Recently they did some migration and a lot of channels i have been getting got completely lost. U Tried calling customer care. 3 things happen when i do that 1. It says number not in service 2. Alternate number goes thru and cuts abruptly 3. Extreme situation - an agent picked up from 0431 area code, talked and abruptly cut my call I tried the chat powered by cisco - it says lines busy try again later Cant get access to - shalom tv - other religious channels Was this information helpful? | |||

I have recharge star movies channel for monthly subscription amount wad debited but channel was showing 'Reserved smart card return card'. We have recharged at date 8/03/2019 8:30pm
[protected] smart card number. I have recharged my dth on time, but they have discontinued telecasting .Since 1 week they are not telecasting i have tried to contact customer care but not a single customer care number works all are unreachable their mail i'd won't work, this is a very irresponsible attitude.
Kindly help to resolve it.
