I WANT TO OPT MY CHANNELS AS PER MY WISH IN SUN DIRECT .BUT THE ARE PROVIDING SOME PACKAGES IN THAT PACKAGE WE ARE GETTING TAMIL CHANNELS TOO I NEED ONLY TELUGU CHANELS ONLY Instead they are giving some package as per their choice and charging the amount . Your rule says that the facility should be provided from April1, 2019. EVEN I SPOKE SUN DIRECT CUSTOMER CARE TOO THEY SAY WE HAVE TO RECHARGE PACKAGES WHICH INCLUDE TAMIL CHANNELS WHICH IS WASTE OF MONEY FOR US . Please take some strict action to implement the rules. The initiative taken by you is very good step. However we fear that TRAI is not able to implement them and customers are put in problem which worse than the earlier situation.
