[Resolved] Sun Direct — Tax on top up | |
When I top up of 100₹ in my sun direct account only near about 85₹ credited in my account. I contacted customer care they told me it's tax. To confirm again I top up / recharge with 25₹ same % of tax deducted again. They are neglecting trai rule. My smart card number is [protected]. We are being cheated by this company. For me also same thing happened 85 only credited out of 100. As per TRAI you should not charge any deduction on top-p if we are not activating any service. Itsjust loading money to the wallet. Sun Direct is looting money indirectly. ([protected]@gmail.com)
