[Resolved]  Sun Direct — the recharge

I tried to recharge the sundirect account even though account balance is 251 its shows as insufficient balance for the recharge amount of 199.customer care never picked my call and also they are charging amount for the every recharge from my bank account. I recharged for 200 however I got only 174 on my sundirect account. They are literally cheating.
