DTH Recharge done 15 days ago, but still channels are not coming. I called customer care 4 times still issue not resolved.

I'm very much frustrated about the sun direct service.
They are making customer fool. I have subscription for Sun nxt, but when try to play any content then I get error message as "Please subscribe". This is happening monthly twice. They are cheating people. I'm sun direct connection also, due to wind our antenna direction will get changed some times, so if I contacted customer care people, then will send technician came to my home and charged Rs.150. This will not happen If I am using cable connection. I'm going to throw this connection and setup box and disconnect from sun nxt as well from my next subscription.
