days back raise compliant customer care error message shown, customer care says new dth techician not visit my home and he remarked problem resolved. back compliant customer care signal issue also no response and feed back given . i feel very bad to purchase sundirect DTH.

[protected] to this time I opening complaint but no use.
Ur dealer say reason rain no raincoat etc...
I strongly believe he cheat company and he work for his personal interest only.

Your customer care staffs say 24hrs that 24 hours going to 2, 3 day only time and some call only no use for me.
I'm sorry to say that I'm really Assamesed to your customer service and poor dealer.

Only hours n day going your irritating dealer call only also no response and feed back given . i feel very bad to purchase sundirect DTH.
