[Resolved] Sun Direct — very poor service and support | |||
I'm unable to recharge my dth in their, always error showing insufficient balance or try again later when trying to recharge with more sufficient balance. They are having vy vy worst customer care support in india i think. No response and nothing from through phone call, chat support and twitter. I think i'm going to throw up this antenna and go for better one, who can capable to listen and satisfy the customer feedback. Was this information helpful? | |||
