[Resolved] Sun Direct — with out my concern 2500 rupees recharge done instead of 22 rupes | |||
Hi Hi Smart card no -[protected] Mobile no -[protected] I have done a recharge of 23/- rupees one channel subscription. Insted of these it's automatically recharged with my exesting plan with 2500/- It's happened without my concern and without my permission. I want my money back to my bank account. I contacted customer care the people saying the amount ll return to sun direct app wallet. I don't want that i need my money back to my bank account only. Its reduces. Its a very bad experiance with sun direct. Hd channels is not coming clearly. I contacted the customercare they saying it's broadcast issue not us then why should i pay for u people i ll go for local cable operator. Was this information helpful? | |||
