I having a sun direct dth. I had recharged for 1 year hd package of rs 5000 (15/12/2018) and i got all the hd channels validity up to 15/12/0219 Before implementation of new trai rule i call your customer care executive she told me that i dont want to select any channel i will get all hd packages. But suddenly yesterday[protected] with out any information you changed my plan to hd malayalam dpo 2 package. I call your customer care executive today he is not giving me proper answer and cut the call with out my permission. I dont want all those channels you selected. It is against the rule of trai.
