[Resolved] Sun Direct — worst service with sun direct | |
I am an existing customer of sun direct. Our account was inactive for the last 2 years considering my brother's studies. We recharged it yesterday (10/8/2020 3.00pm) for 3 months (Rs.640/-) and fitting charges for (Rs.350). It has been more than a day and i raised a complaint with their customer support via both chat and call for about 5 to 7 times. They raise a ticket and close it without even calling and asking the problem. Have never experienced such a worst service from any product. Was this information helpful? | |
