[Resolved]  Sun Direct — wrongly pack added, not responding

Hi, i sun direct tv customer, i requested to customer care person to add on happy india pack 31 on 27 march 2019, but they were added different pack happy india sports 39. Then i immediately called to customer care but they can't resolve this problem. I requested to you please resolve my problem. I communicate sun direct customer care person 27 march 2019, 28 march 2019 and 29 march 2019.
