[Resolved] Sun Direct — wrongly put in a pack | |||
I had called your customer care on 27th and changed my base pack to malayalam dpo pack 3 and added Ala carte hindi movie pack. After I disconnected the phone. It was hindi Jodi back which I didn't order. Then I called ur costomercare multiple times they told they cannot change the pack and one customer care personnel tried telling that he doesn't know English when I asked to talk to manager .
