I have subscribed for 3 months on sunnxt mobile app on 13feb 2018 and unable to stream its content on the app.
Raised complaints to their customer care and they passed doesn’t seem to care a bit. They passed time for 8 days and finally told me that i have to check with apple itunes payments.
I have submitted the necessary screenshots from the app and apple invoice for the subscription multiple times and they just don’t are to reply or act anything on the issue.
Totally flabbergasted with the way they are dealing with it and i have to finally approach you.
Please help.
