On 12th at 8.30am i have registered a complaint that my set top box is not working. They have reg my complaint and sent me sms with technician name saying that it will be attended at 3pm along with his mobile no. He did not come and informed that it is not his area. I called them in the evening at 4.30pm again and today morning. Till now it has not been attended. This is the attitude of sun tv when any complaint is booked with them. My smart card.
