Sundarwomen — received a wrong item

With reference to the subject i have received a wrong item and on the same date i have return through post office i have sent email but no response. I have contact to customer care but it dont solve the problem. How will i get back the money. Why dont they response. This is the first and the last order. Before i receive i am insecure but i trust but i lost hope to this website i am very angry when i get the item. I will never trust again

I ordered for two kurtis but i got the wrong one with dirty smell from the cloth.Those clothes are used by some one . This cloths are very nasty in looking . I ordered Sundarwomen Bollywood Divas in Kurti 22and Fancy Designer kurtis 7
But i receved two used sarees with fal in the bottem
Those sarees are very dirty

we have order from the sundarwoman.com and the wrong and damage item received from it end and there is not any contact number on its site and there no reply on email id.so we how to return the item and refund process. please help me.
