I am not alone. From the website, I see many people are unhappy at the appalling lack of service of Glasgow-based [protected]@WORK, which sells office furniture. The office chair I ordered arrived 11 June. However, it lacked one of its armrests. I notified the company of the need for this part the weekend of 13 / 14 June via its website. 15 June, I phoned Customer Services at [protected] (no answer despite several, long, calls). The next day following further calling, I finally obtained from the Sales Department a Customer Services email address. I sent an email 17 June (and also wrote a letter to the department). I sent a further email 24 June. No response! I I then sent a 'signed for' letter to a director (Mr Philp) (Companies House information) on 19 June. No reply. I have just written to the Head of Sales. I would like to receive the missing part. If they cannot do this, A FULL REFUND and AN APOLOGY. It would be marvellous if the SUNDAY TIMES could investigate this company.
