[Resolved] Sundirect — annual recharge done - not getting any channels | |
I have taken new connection on 27/06/2018 with annual package which cost rs 5999/-. Still i have three months validity but they have disconnected and asking to recharge again. When i call customer care they are just disconnecting my call after hearing problem. One of the worst customer care. Sundth card no: [protected]. I need my money back for three months or need to reactivate my channels for three months. Why i need to recharge again. How it expires on march, if i recharged for 12 months on 27/06/2018.
