Sundirect Cable Dth Network — Colors Hindi Channel disconnected
Iam an existing customer of Sundirect DTH Cable TV Network and my smart Card number is [protected]. I renewed Telugu DPO3 Package on 08 April 21for three months upto 09 Jul 21. On 20 April night, Colors Hindi Channel was discontinued. Now 16 days passed. During this period I raised complaints to Customer care, SR[protected], but it was closed without resolving the issue. Again registered the complaint SR[protected] . This ticket also closed without resolving the issue. I have send several emails to customer care. But no proper response. This shows their reluctant and irresponsible behaviour towards the existing customer. Their attitude is creating mental agony to me and my family members. To renew the Colors Hindi Channel, Sundirect customer care is demanding the money, whereas I have already paid the money through DPO3 Package. Again they are demanding money which is not acceptable. Hence requesting you to resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you. With regards. TN Subhushana.
