SunDirect DTH — refund of excess amount paid towards package

Hi,

My account # is [protected] and i bought this connection on 29th may 2018.in the month of july 2018 (28th july) by paying rs.5600 for one year complete subscription. The plan i choose was "mega hd tamil pack" that included all channels.

Suddenly for past few days since last week of feb or 1st week of march, i am not getting many channels and i see that the plan has been changed by sundirect without informing me nor without my permission. They have changed the plan to "hd tamil dpo 2 package basic" package which is only rs.300 or 320/ month and they are not giving many hd channels.

My actual renewal is 30th aug 2019 so sundirect should either continue the same plan which i was using before else disconnect the dth and refund me the balance amount for the remaining months till august 2019 (6 months).

If i calclulate 5600/12 months it is rs.467 and now they have changed to rs.320 plan. So sundirect must refund rs. 140 difference since they have put me in rs. 320 plan.
