[Resolved] Sundirect — plan migrated to another pack without my consent | |||||
This is sebin xavier. My sun direct connection numbser is [protected].. I have recharged sun dth pack on dec 2018 for 6 months. From april first week onwards, my connection got inactive. When i contacted customercare they have informed me that my plan got migrated as per the trai rule. But as per my understanding trai rule is to provide option to the customer to choose the required channels. But here in my case sundirect forcefully migrated me to some of their pack without my knowledge. I would like to retain the orginal pack which sundirect aggreeed to me when i have recharged on december, or else please refund my amount so that i can choose the required channels as per trai rule. Some are working but never get a custome acre agent, will ask to wait for 10 minutes and later call drop.
Not able to reset password online. No customer acre support also
