[Resolved] Sundirect — Recharge failed but the amount debited | |||
I have recharged 230 on March 18 for the below sundirect smartcard number through Google pay UPI using axisbank netbanking. The amount has been deducted but the transaction failed and I raised the dispute but the amount not refunded yet. It's almost over 20 days from the date of recharge.
