[Resolved] Sundirect — recharge of sundirect not properly done | |||||
Dear sir, My name is k. Raghuram, following are the my sundirect account details. Sun direct account: [protected] Cr-id: cr[protected] Two days[protected] back i recharged with 500/- through sundirect website. But only 449/- recharged. I subscribed with rs.250/- channels on[protected], now balance is showing rs. 4.33 and showing account expires on[protected]. I tried to contact customer care, but unable to contact through phone. Every month when i recharge with the app, the recharged amount will never show up in my account and because of which my service is hampered. moreover the customer care will never pick any calls how many ever times we call. And now even after subscribing for the pack, there is no service. I have raised a ticket but no calls or updates for the same
