[Resolved]  Sundirect — sun direct recharge failed, amount deducted

I have recharged my dth account via quick charge in sundirect.in, on 14/07/2021 at around 3:05 pm .
I tried via gpay 2 times and via debit card another time .
In these 3 times money got deducted but the recharge status is showing failed. Transaction references are : 37694259,
37694153 and 37695854. I tried calling customer care and also mailed on the shown mail id provided on there website but no response happened from there side.
Please refund my payment and confirm me. My mobile number is ([protected])
