[Resolved] Sundirect — sun direct violation of rules | |||
I am a subsciber of sun direct from10/03/2010... Sundirect service is worst... They charge foe setup box, but don't give reciept. For their telecast problem, they collect the service charge.. Now with new trai rules, they are exploiting subscribers.. I paid annual subscription up to20/10/2009//i want to stop un necessary channels. But their help lines don't respond.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] they gave nos. Noe they changed my package with out intimating me... Charging rs.30/month extra... And reduced my validity period by 6weeks... They are not giving ous selected channels, forcing us to accept their choice... Among these 80 channals are not our choice... It is a violation of trai regulation... So many innocent subscribers are charged extra, with poor service Was this information helpful? | |||
