Updated by mirage67 I bought a
Sunflame 4 burner cook top from Big Bazar Ambience Mall on 14 November 2017. On bringing it home & connecting it i found there was a gas leak & it was a very strong smell. I called the gas company & they checked the inlet valves but they were all perfect. Then it was found that the two burners on the right had a leak even when the knob was switched off. In the attached email screen shots you can see that i have contacted them from 27 November 2017 & till date they have not responded back. I was given a number to call but even that man refused to help.
This is a serious matter as the cook top came with 2 years warranty & here am not getting any after sales service on a brand new product at all. Leaking gas in the house is a danger to my family and well being of my house.
Please take necessary action for such an inconsiderate organization who manufactures below standard products.
I have had to ask a third party vendor to come & do the necessary repairs as it was mental harrasment & inconvenience for me all along.

Hi,
I have called up the following number as given by you in your earlier email:

He says that complain is not handled by him any more & i should not call him at all.
If the issue is not resolved in 1 day i shall take my own action on it now.
Nearly 15 days i am writing for warranty support to be provided.
