Installation is very poor and only flimsy gum tapes are used for joining the parts which looks clumsy and tapes are worn out and air leaks in joints can be felt if you keep hand. Wewant a replacement for this chimney. More than 4 times we have called the service person and still defect not rectified. We require proper robust engineering solution which is long lasting.
If not completed within 3 days we will be forced for next steps. We require your intervention and cooperation. Regards. Gopala krishnan r.
